
An easy cheesecake that is made with cottage cheese.
Preheat oven to 350. Put cottage cheese in blender. Blend in sugar, vanilla and cornstarch. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Pour into frozen 10 deep pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes. (Until knife comes out clean.)
Notes:
Use rubber spatula to help start blending. Pie will set up completely when cooled.
