Coconut Pecan Cheese Cake

This creamy cheese cake is made with white chocolate chips and pecans in a crisp graham cracker crust.Ingredients
- 2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 purchased deep-dish graham cracker crust

Method
Mix cream cheese, sugar,and vanilla with paddle of electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at a low speed just until combined. Stir in white chocolate morsels and 1/4 cup of coconut. Pour into a 9 inch graham cracker crust. Sprinkle the remaining coconut and chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
