Coconut Pecan Cheese Cake

This creamy cheese cake is made with white chocolate chips and pecans in a crisp graham cracker crust.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 purchased deep-dish graham cracker crust

Method

Mix cream cheese, sugar,and vanilla with paddle of electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at a low speed just until combined. Stir in white chocolate morsels and 1/4 cup of coconut. Pour into a 9 inch graham cracker crust. Sprinkle the remaining coconut and chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
