Coconut Frosting or Filling

No cooking needed for this frosting or filling, which simply folds together coconut and whipped dessert topping with sour cream and sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Method
Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the top and sides of two, 9-inch cake layers. Good on a white cake.
Notes: Good on a white cake.
