Method
Thoroughly mix sugar, peanut butter, coconut, pecans, vanilla and graham cracker crumbs together. Pour melted butter over mixture and combine well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Melt chocolate bark in a double boiler, on medium low heat, until melted. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate mixture, one at a time, using 2 forks or a slotted spoon. Transfer each ball to a waxed paper lined cookie sheet and let dry. Drizzle white chocolate over balls in varying directions, by slinging melted white bark over top of balls. Be sure to leave extra waxed paper on the ends of cookie sheets to catch most of the spatter.
