Chocolate Ice Cream Mountain

A sweet-lovers paradise is found in this ice cream "mountain," decorated with "lava and trees."

Ingredients:

• Vanilla ice cream
• Whipped cream
• Chocolate syrup
• Cookie dough (such as refrigerated dough in a tube)
• Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, cut up
• Reese's Pieces
• Kit-Kat, crumbled
• Licorice sticks (red)
• Pretzel sticks
• Fruit Rollups

Method

Take vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, cookie dough, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Reese's Pieces and Kit-Kats and blend them together. Then freeze them together. Then shape into a mountain like a volcano. (Hint: To help with the shaping, press mixture into a bowl lined with plastic wrap. Freeze, invert onto serving plate, and remove bowl and wrap.) To decorate, you can take licorice and stick it out of the top to make it look like a volcano with flames. Or take pretzel sticks and stick them into the mountain. Take Fruit Rollups, cut them into tree top shapes and stick to pretzel sticks to make trees.

Notes: Use amounts of everything as you wish, so the number of servings and the taste will vary!
