Chocolate Eclair Cake

Wow. This dessert is sure to impress. It is a very simple way to make a very elegant tasting dessert.

Ingredients:

• 1 box graham crackers
• 16 oz chocolate fudge frosting
• 8 oz tub Cool Whip
• 3 3.4 oz boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix
• 3 cups milk

Method

Mix pudding mix with milk. After well blended, fold in Cool Whip. Line 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Top with half of pudding mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with remaining pudding mixture. Add a final layer of graham crackers and spread frosting over them. Chill for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours before serving.
