Chocolate-Dipped Candy Cane Corn Chip Scoops

A variety of flavors--corn chips, peanut butter, chocolate candy coating, and crushed peppermint candy--are combined in this treat.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 cup corn chip "Scoops"
• 6 ounces of chocolate candy coating, melted
• 1 large candy cane, crushed into tiny pieces

Method

Spoon peanut butter into a small plastic bag. Snip a small hole in corner of bag. Squeeze a small amount onto each corn chip. Dip each into chocolate coating then dip into crushed candy cane and place on waxed paper to dry.

Notes: The kids love these treats made with all their favorite things; peanut butter, corn chips, chocolate and candy.
