
A wonderful no-bake dessert for the holidays.
Mash cranberry sauce; stir in 1 teaspoon sugar. Combine lemon juice and cornstarch; add to cranberry mixture. Spread in bottom of pie crust. Chill.
In a saucepan melt marshmallows with milk. Stir in almond extract, cocoa powder, and grated chocolate. Chill until mixture begins to thicken; fold in dessert topping. Spread over cranberry mixture in pie crust. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes:
This dessert offers a sweet tangy sensation followed by a smooth creamy chocalate texture.
