Chocolate Peanut Butter Pizza

This chocolate dessert pizza is topped with chocolate chips and marshmallows. Why not ask the kids to help you with it?
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 t vanilla 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method

Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, combine sugars, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour. Press dough evenly over bottom of 12 or 14" pizza pan, forming rim along edge. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Continue to bake 5-8 min. or until marshmallows are puffy and lightly browned. Cool; cut into wedges. Store in tightly covered container.
