A pizza crust is topped with sliced bananas, then with French vanilla pudding mix (prepared with whipping cream) and drizzled with chocolate.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza crust on vented pizza pan. Spread margarine over crust. Bake 7 minutes. Cool.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the whipping cream until stiff. Beat in the pudding mix just until mixed. Beat in the cold milk for 1 minute. Refrigerate pudding until crust is cool.
Slice the bananas into a small bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Spread over cool crust. Spread the pudding mix over the bananas. (To melt the chocolate chips, place in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute on high. Check and stir with a spoon at 15 second intervals.) Drizzle chocolate over pudding. Decorate with cherry halves. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
