Choco-Banana Clair Pizza

A pizza crust is topped with sliced bananas, then with French vanilla pudding mix (prepared with whipping cream) and drizzled with chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 (12") prepared pizza crust
- 1 Tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, very cold
- 3.4 oz package French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips, melted
- 5 maraschino cherries, cut in half

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza crust on vented pizza pan. Spread margarine over crust. Bake 7 minutes. Cool. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the whipping cream until stiff. Beat in the pudding mix just until mixed. Beat in the cold milk for 1 minute. Refrigerate pudding until crust is cool. Slice the bananas into a small bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Spread over cool crust. Spread the pudding mix over the bananas. (To melt the chocolate chips, place in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute on high. Check and stir with a spoon at 15 second intervals.) Drizzle chocolate over pudding. Decorate with cherry halves. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes: This is a great dessert you can make on very short notice.
