This no-bake cheesecake combines cream cheese and sour cream in a graham crust, then tops it with a melted mixture of chocolate-caramel swirl chips and peanut butter. After that layer sets up, it's spread with Cool Whip.
Beat first three ingredients until creamy. Spread onto graham cracker crust. Melt chocolate-caramel chips and peanut butter until smooth. Pour over cream cheese mix. Refrigerate until chocolate mix hardens, then spread Cool Whip over the top.
