Carrot Cake

One of the most popular cakes made since it combines carrots, nuts, and pineapple. The whole recipe is topped off with a cream cheese icing.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups salad oil
  • small can of pineapple
  • 2 Cups grated raw carrot
  • 1 Cup nuts
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda

Method

Beat together sugar, eggs, and salad oil. Then combine the rest of the ingredients, and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Makes 2 layers
