Carrot Cake Trifle

If carrot cake is your dessert of choice and you are looking for a new and interesting way to serve it, this is your recipe.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 box carrot cake mix
  • 1 tub cheesecake filling
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
 
Method

Bake cake according to box instructions. When cake is cool, cut into cubes. In a medium trifle bowl, layer bottom with a few cake cubes, then layer cheesecake filling on top of cake and top with pecans. Repeat layers and serve.
