Caramel Pops


Use crunchy cereal to make this tasty snack. Send it along in your family's lunches for a sweet surprise.



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C butter  
  • 1/2 c Light Corn syrup  
  • 1 C Brown Sugar  
  • 1 tsp baking soda  
  • 8 oz bag Corn pops

Method

Melt butter, corn syrup and brown sugar in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove heat and then add baking soda, stirring completely until bubbly. Spread over pops and mix thoroughly.

Notes: Can be put in oven at 325 for 5 minutes to make crispy.
