Corn puff cereal, coated with a crunchy caramel glaze--couldn't be easier or more delicious.
Place corn puffs in roasting pan (or you can use two 9 x 13 x 2 pans).
Place the first three ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan, cook on medium heat until it starts to boil.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add baking soda, mixture will foam. Pour mixture over corn puffs and stir until coated.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring at least every 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour onto waxed paper.
Break apart immediately.
