Bar cookie recipe that tastes like cheesecake. This dessert has a crust made of butterscotch chips and graham crackers with a vanilla custard filling. There won't be many leftovers to put into the refridgerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt together the butterscotch chips and the margarine. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture in bottom of parchment paper lined 9 X 13 pan.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, add Eagle Brand, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour onto crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 25-30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
