Butterscotch Crunchies By Tim Simmons
- Servings: 2-3 dozen
|1× 12 oz pkg||Butterscotch Chips|
|½ cup||Peanut Butter|
|5 cups||Corn Flakes|
|1 cup||Unsalted Peanuts|
In a double boiler, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together. Mix together the Corn Flakes and peanuts. Combine both mixtures and drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool before serving.
