Buttercream Frosting

Use this butter cream icing for cakes as is, or add some color or flavorings to your liking.
Ingredients
- 1/3 c butter
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Method
In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth. If necessary, thin with a little more milk.
