Bumbleberry Pie

A tasty mix of four berries and Granny Smith apples, in a flaky pastry crust.Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blackberries
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 frozen pie crusts

Method
Mix all ingredients until well coated and pour into bottom crust. Cut 2 tablespoons of butter, place on top of fruit, then cover with top crust. Pinch edges and make slits on top crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Notes: Pie may overflow, which is okay, just be sure to bake the pie in something that will catch the juice and not burn your oven. If pie seems so be still juicy after 1 hour, try another 30 minutes, checking every 15 minutes.
