Buckeyes Candy

These buckeyes are prepared with peanut butter, butter and confectioners sugar. Just dip them in chocolate and serve. Everyone loves a buckeye.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs creamy peanut butter
  • 1 lb butter, softened
  • 3 lbs confectioners sugar
  • 1 bag chocolate almond bark, melted
 
Method

Combine ingredients. Roll in palm of hand into a ball shape, the size of buckeye. Put the ball on a toothpick and dip in chocolate but not completely so the eye of the buckeye is showing.
