Brownie Pizza
Like an ordinary pizza, this sweet brownie version is a combination of crust and toppings. It's quick-to-fix because it starts with a package of brownie mix.
Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. package brownie mix
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 to 1/2 cups chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup M&M candies and/or Reese's Pieces
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup caramel ice-cream topping

Method
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray. In a large bowl combine brownie mix, flour, water, oil, egg, and peanuts. Beat by hand. Spread into pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with candies. Bake about 8 minutes more or till done. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows. Cool for 20 minutes. Drizzle with caramel topping. Cool completely. Cut into wedges.
