Brownie Pizza with Frosting

The frosting for this brownie pizza is made with cream cheese, pineapple juice and powdered sugar. This compliments the grapes and bananas nicely.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 fudge brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • Bananas
  • Grapes
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Method

Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Combine brownie mix with olive oil and egg. Pour batter onto pizza pan and spread evenly. Bake on high for about 30 minutes, checking periodically. Mix cream cheese, sugar, powdered sugar, and pineapple juice, stirring until whipped. Remove pizza pan from oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Spread frosting on brownies and cut the bananas into slices. Cut grapes down the middle. Use bananas and grapes as toppings.
