Brenda's Frosting

This powdered sugar frosting also contains cream cheese, butter, Cool Whip and almond extract for flavor, and is sprinkled with chips.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 to 2 tsp. milk
  • 1 to 2 cups chocolate chips (or other flavor)

Method

Mix all ingredients together with blender. Sprinkle chococolate chips on top when frosted.

 

Notes: Any flavor of chips may be used.

 

Number of Servings: frosting for 1 large cake
