Creamy chocolate pie in a cookie crumb crust, topped with cherries and whipped cream-elegant but so easy.
Combine chips, cream, coffee, and butter in a bowl and melt using low heat over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring regularly.
Pour into pie crust.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Pour cherry pie filling over the chocolate layer and refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
May garnish with whipped cream before serving.
