Black and White Pudding Pie

This nice-and-simple no-bake pie combines pudding mixes with cream cheese, and is layered in an Oreo crust. Garnish with whipped topping.

Ingredients:

• 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups of milk
• 1 ready-made 9 inch Oreo cookie pie shell
• 1 container of thawed Cool Whip or Reddi-Wip

Method

In a bowl combine the instant chocolate pudding mix with 1 cup of milk and beat on low with a mixer for about one minute. Add 1 package of the cream cheese and mix on medium to high until batter is smooth. Pour batter into pie shell and let sit. Repeat the same steps for the vanilla pudding mix and pour on top of chocolate mixture. Let chill in the refrigerator at least two hours. Top with whipped topping to serve.

Notes: This recipe is a one I use with the children in my classroom. It doesn't rely on using a stove, which makes it easy and fast to do.
