Berry Decadence DGA

This warm dessert tastes like pie filling but is indeed more healthy. The berries go great with the plain yogurt, whey protein and walnuts.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen berries: blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • 6 oz nonfat sugar free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup All Bran cereal
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp whey protein
 
Method

Heat berries, then stir in yogurt, cereal, walnuts, and protein. Serve warm.
