Becky's Pumpkin Pie
Becky's version of this holiday favorite contains honey.
Ingredients
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells

Method
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, pumpkin, flour, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, sugar, and honey. Divide pumpkin mixture between pie shells. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees; bake for 30 minutes more. Cool on wire racks. Cover and refrigerate within 2 hours.
