- Servings: 3 or 4 pies
Ingredients:
| 5 | Eggs |
| 2 cups | Cooked & Drained Navy Beans |
| 2 cups | Packed Light Brown Sugar |
| 1 cup | Butter, melted |
| ⅓ cup | All-purpose Flour |
| 3 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 1½ tsp | Nutmeg |
| 1½ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ¾ tsp | Mace |
| 3 | or 4 Frozen Pie Shells |
Directions:
Put eggs in blender; cover and blend until mixed. Add all other ingredients (except pie shell) to blender. Cover and blend until mixed well. Pour mixture into 3 or 4, frozen pie shells and bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until pie tests done.
Helpful Tips:
This recipe makes 4 regular pies, if using the smaller, regular size frozen pie shells, or 3 deep-dish pies.
