- Servings: 3 or 4 pies
|2 cups||Cooked & Drained Navy Beans|
|2 cups||Packed Light Brown Sugar|
|1 cup||Butter, melted|
|⅓ cup||All-purpose Flour|
|3 tsp||Vanilla Extract|
|3||or 4 Frozen Pie Shells|
Put eggs in blender; cover and blend until mixed. Add all other ingredients (except pie shell) to blender. Cover and blend until mixed well. Pour mixture into 3 or 4, frozen pie shells and bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until pie tests done.
This recipe makes 4 regular pies, if using the smaller, regular size frozen pie shells, or 3 deep-dish pies.
