Banana Pudding

Pudding and bananas together with wafer cookies make for a special dessert treat.

Ingredients:

• 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding  8oz sour cream  
• 2 cups milk  
• 1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip  
• 3 bananas, sliced  
• Nilla wafers

Method

Using a mixer, whip together first 3 ingredients & 1/2 of the Cool Whip. In a 2 qt casserole pan or dish make a layer of nilla wafers and bananas. Top with a layer of 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining whipped cream and more nilla wafers, if desired. Best if it sits overnight before serving to soften the nilla wafers.
