
This crowd-pleaser layers a tangy pudding mixture with bananas and vanilla wafers. Chilling softens the wafers so they are easy to eat.
Whisk together pudding mix, 8 cups milk and sour cream until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Using a very large glass bowl, layer wafers, bananas & pudding mixture. Continue until you reach top of bowl. Crush some wafers and sprinkle on top of mixture. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour before serving.
Notes:
This is another recipe that everybody loves. Hard for them to believe there is sour cream in banana pudding.
