Banana Cheesecake


The crust is baked, but the filling is just chilled in this recipe. Just layer the cream cheese and banana pudding mixture over the baked corn flake crust and top with bananas.



Ingredients:

  • Crust:  
  • 3 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed to 1 cup  
  • 3 Tbls packed brown sugar  
  • 3 Tbls butter melted  
  • Filling:  
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened  
  • 1 1/2 cups milk  
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) banana cream instant pudding mix  
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced

Method

To prepare crust, preheat oven to 325'. Combine cereal, sugar and butter, mix well. Press evenly onto bottom of ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack. To prepare filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk and pudding mix. Beat 1 minute. Place banana slices evenly over crust. Spread pudding mixture evenly over bananas. Chill 3-4 hours or until firm.
