Banana Pudding

A quick, no-bake dessert with bananas, vanilla pudding, whipped cream, and vanilla cookies.
Ingredients
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
- 3 bananas, sliced
- Nilla wafers (or mini Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies)

Method
Using a mixer, whip together first 3 ingredients & 2/3 of the Cool Whip. In a 2 qt casserole pan make a layer of nilla wafers and bananas. Top with a layer of 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining whipped cream and more nilla wafers, if desired. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving
