Banana Cream Cheese Sauce

A creamy sauce with bananas to serve with cheesecake, over a cake, or with a fruit compote.
 

Ingredients

  • 2-8oz. packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 Banana

Method

In mixer, beat cream cheese until soft. Add sugar and beat vigorously until creamy. Add banana and mix until smooth.
