Irish cream liqueur and melted chocolate combine with whipped topping and gelatin to create this chilled dessert in a purchased chocolate crumb crust.
In saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Add chocolate chips and stir constantly until chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes; add Bailey's and vanilla. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens slightly. Fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust; chill at least 4 hours before serving. Top with additional whipped topping and shaved chocolate.
