|1 cup||(packed) Brown Sugar|
|1 cup||Old-fashioned Oats|
|¾ cup||All Purpose Flour|
|¾ cup||Chopped Walnuts|
|1 stick||Chilled Unsalted Butter, chopped|
|2 lbs lb||Fuji Apples Peeled, cored, cut into ½" cubes|
|Cinnamon, to taste|
|Vanilla Ice Cream & Homemade or Storebought Caramel Sauce|
Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, walnuts, and salt in large bowl. Add butter and blend until mixture comes together in moist clumps. Cover; chill while preparing filling.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously butter 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
Mix cut apples, sugar, and cinnamon in large bowl and place in prepared dish; sprinkle on topping.
Bake until filling bubbles and topping is crisp and deep golden brown, about 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel.
