A perfect apple crisp for fall with a delicious ccokie-like oatmeal walnut streusel.

1 cup (packed) Brown Sugar
1 cup Old-fashioned Oats
¾ cup All Purpose Flour
¾ cup Chopped Walnuts
¼ tsp Salt
1 stick Chilled Unsalted Butter, chopped
2 lbs lb Fuji Apples Peeled, cored, cut into ½" cubes
¼ cup Sugar
Cinnamon, to taste
Vanilla Ice Cream & Homemade or Storebought Caramel Sauce


Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, walnuts, and salt in large bowl. Add butter and blend until mixture comes together in moist clumps. Cover; chill while preparing filling.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously butter 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.

Mix cut apples, sugar, and cinnamon in large bowl and place in prepared dish; sprinkle on topping.

Bake until filling bubbles and topping is crisp and deep golden brown, about 40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel.
