These miniature personal ice cream pies are a delicious combination of almonds, pistachios, cherries and chocolate, all on ice cream.
Microwave 6 scoops ice cream for 5-7 seconds. Fill mini pie shells up to the brim with the semi solid ice cream mixture. Line the edges of pie shells with chocolate sauce and place in freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from freezer and garnish with whole almonds and chopped pistachios. Make a floral design with almonds acting as petals by placing 5-6 almonds on edges, over chocolate sauce border, transversal to periphery. Add a cherry right in the center, and sprinkled green pistachios between cherry and almonds. Place in freezer again until it is time to serve. Do not forget to remove aluminum shell covers from pies before serving
