
An easy to make pie Key Lime pie--creamy, smooth and refereshing.
Prepare Jello with half the amount of water as directed on box until you bring it to a boil. Let liquid cool for at least two minutes. Put it in a medium mixing bowl to cool. Stir in yogurt until well mixed. Add Cool Whip and pour into pie crust. Cool in refrigerate until firm.
Notes:
You may substitute the Jello and yogurt for any flavor you desire. Also, I use sugar free Jello and fat free yogurt and whipped topping, but any will do. The title of this recipe, "Alexander Pie" was chosen, because my boyfriend Alexander loved it.
