2 Good 2 Be True Pecan Clusters

Pecans covered with coffee flavored chocolate-an easy to make and delicious candy.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 2 cups of milk chocolate morsels
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee
• 2 cups pecan halves

Method

Over double boiler, melt chocolates together. Add instant coffee and combine. Pour over pecan halves. Using a tablespoon drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Allow to cool.

Notes: Simple and fabulous.
